General Information about Toms Holidays

Keys
Collected from 3.00 p.m. and must be returned by 9.00 a.m. on day of departure.
Dogs (Only in some accommodation) Must be kept under strict control. There is a charge of £25 per dog per week. NO OTHER PETS ALLOWED. Please note some breeds are restricted. Please see Terms for further information.
Cots and Highchairs
Baby's cots and highchairs can be hired in advance at £10.00 including VAT each. A £5.00 refundable deposit is payable per item when collected on arrival. Cot linen is not provided. We are unable to give refunds on cots and highchairs ordered and not collected.
Bed Linen (not provided)
All properties are equipped with duvets. Please note, you are required to provide your own sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels and any personal linen.
Short Breaks
Short Breaks can be arranged early and late season. Please email: sales@tomsholidays.co.uk for details. Minimum three days available at our discretion.
Electricity
Electricity is charged by slot meter £1.00 coins only.
Standard features in all properties are colour television, cooker, fridge, electric heating, bath or shower. Many are also equipped with extra facilities such as microwaves and washing machines. Please click on Accommodation to check the details of the properties you are interested in.
Cancellations: Your deposit is not refundable. If you have to cancel your holiday, you are still responsible for the balance of payment.
Cancellation Insurance Plan (Recommended)
We offer Cancellation Insurance at £25.00, including VAT, per property, per week. This can only be taken out at the time of booking and is not refundable.
The refund of your deposit in full.
The refund of any balance money for accommodation already paid to Toms Holidays.
Relief from any further charges that may be liable under the Conditions of Booking.
Cover:
You are covered for: All persons named on the Booking Form, Illness, death or serious injury, jury service, redundancy provided these circumstances have arisen after you have made your booking.
You are not covered for: Anyone not named on the Booking Form, disinclination to travel, suicide, being under the influence of drugs, any illness which existed at the time the insurance was taken out, financial circumstances other than redundancy.
Period of Cover: The cover operates from the time we receive the insurance premium, and expires on the commencement date of your holiday.
Claims:
Claims must be notified immediately and confirmed in writing before the time of arrival. The decision of Toms Holidays on all claims will be final. Claims must be substantiated by a Doctor's Certificate or other authoritative proof where applicable.
You are not covered under this Insurance for your own possessions while on holiday. The limit of indemnity under this scheme payable by Toms Holidays in respect of any one claim, shall not exceed the rental or any deposit thereof.
