New for the 2017 season is the updated Neptune Chalet overlooking the sea and St Ives bay. The enclosed balcony decking on the seaward side is safe gated for children, as well as being ideal and relaxing. The chalet is a few yards away from the North Coastal Path and has easy beach access with large grassed areas to the rear. The two bedroom accommodation is in the traditional seaside chalet theme with car parking to the side and rear. LOUNGE - Major sea views from the lounge with twin settees, digital TV with FreeView, patio doors leading to private and secure decked area with table and chairs. KITCHEN/DINER - new kitchen base and wall units, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, extractor fan with 6 seated extending table overlooking St Ives bay for mealtimes. BEDROOM 1 - Kingsize bed with wardrobe, chest of draws with bedside lighting BEDROOM 2 - Two single beds, built in wardrobe at the front of the property overlooking St Ives Bay. SHOWER ROOM - New shower, handbasin and heated towel rail. SEPARATE TOILET - New separate toilet room. CAR PARKING - Ample parking at the side and rear for numerous cars to the door to the property on a level area. EQUIPMENT FOR YOUR STAY - To ease the packing for your holiday we have provided folding chairs, ironing board and iron. Situation- Located on Riviere Towans park which is 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay, Cornwall. The park is one of the oldest in the country with the first chalets being here in the late 1800’s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual privately owned accommodation including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges, many with stunning sea views and all within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. The park is a tranquil setting without modern additions such as a club house to spoil the relaxed beach house atmosphere. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and within a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will have heating and other additional day to day appliances included i.e. electric iron. If anything is missing from a property please give us a call as we carry a large stock of items at our office. Linen- Pillows and duvets are provided. Full packs of additional linen, including towels and tea towels, are available to hire when booking the property. Otherwise, we ask you to provide your own bed linen (duvet covers, bottom sheets, pillow cases) and towels. |
