Shower room - There is a convenient downstairs shower room with large shower, toilet and basin.

Bedroom 2 - Double bedroom with ample space for a travel cot. Door leading on to a small balcony. Built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3 - 3 single beds. Built in wardrobe.

Bathroom - Large family bathroom with bath, toilet and basin.

Patio area - with picnic bench and a small traffic free green area directly in front of the property.

Parking - in car park nearby.

Please note duvets and pillows are provided, but customers are required to bring bed linen (duvet covers, sheets and pillow cases) and personal linen such as towels, tea towels and bath mats.

Tolroy Manor - This property is situated in the beautiful grounds of the historic Tolroy Manor, a short distance south of Hayle. The Manor House houses the bar, restaurant and entertainment venue. The property also has use of the site facilities March - October.
