Trevithick Court is located within the grounds of Tolroy Manor and enjoys the on site facilities such as pool, playground, restaurant, bar and laundry. Just over a mile from the stunning stretch of coastline that runs from Hayle Estuary to Godrevy, this is a great location for beach lovers, water sports enthusiasts and walkers alike.

13 Trevithick Court is a great family holiday home from home.

Open plan living area - With two sofas and an easy chair, side tables, dining table and chairs, wall mounted TV and fully fitted kitchen, well-equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer.
Double bedroom - With a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, hanging space, TV and door to the rear of the property.
Twin bedroom - This room has two single beds, hanging space, bedside cabinet and TV.
Shower room - With a shower cubicle, wash basin, vanity unit and WC.


This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog, a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

A £100 security deposit is charged on each booking. The refund to be made during the week after departure following inspection.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we’re here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours’ contact number for us too.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

On the doorstep
The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include:

Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants.

Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 mile away, with its beautiful golden, sandy beach, harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various water sports along St Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

Winter stays at Tolroy Manor
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
