Situation- Located on Riviere Towans park which is 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay, Cornwall. The park is one of the oldest in the country with the first chalets being here in the late 1800’s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual privately owned accommodation including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges, many with stunning sea views and all within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. The park is a tranquil setting without modern additions such as a club house to spoil the relaxed beach house atmosphere. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and within a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.
Whether it is a relaxing break or a more action packed holiday you are seeking Toms Holidays at Riviere Towans is the ideal base to discover Cornwall.

Stayed in the old range this year immaculate and fabulous again, great views, stunning beaches could go on and on. Sad to have to come home as always. You may leave cornwall but she will never leave you. Cant wait to visit next year.

We have just returned from a really enjoyable week in C19 The Old Range. What a fantastic location with stunning views and amazing sunsets over St Ives. We chose this accommodation as it was dog friendly and we have two beach loving Jack Russells. The property had recently been decorated with new flooring, kitchen, bed and sofas and we found it to be perfect for our needs. We were lucky enough to meet the owner at the start of our holiday and she explained a bit about the interesting history of the accommodation. The beach was so close and we were fortunate to be there before May as dogs are banned from the immediate beach from 8am to 7pm until the end of the season although there are plenty of other local beaches and sand dunes for them to explore. We had a lovely walk to see the colony of seals at Godrevy. The peace and tranquility at night time was really nice. C19 also has a nice area of grass to the front of it that you can sit on if the weather is good enough. A word of warning for dog owners visiting Truro and choosing the well advertised park and ride. They don’t take dogs. Overall we had a lovely time and will definitely be back to book the same accommodation next year.

Great chalet with fantastic views, the site is great with the beach, pub and shop just a few minutes walk from the chalet. Would highly recommend staying on this site
