Situation- Located on Riviere Towans park which is 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay, Cornwall. The park is one of the oldest in the country with the first chalets being here in the late 1800’s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual privately owned accommodation including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges, many with stunning sea views and all within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. The park is a tranquil setting without modern additions such as a club house to spoil the relaxed beach house atmosphere. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and within a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.

It was a very enjoyable visit. Lovely clean site. Family of 3 (daughter 18) - with dog. Stayed in chalet D39. The views were fantastic - with views to Hayle estuary, St Ives and Hayle Towans beach. We visited a few places whilst we were there and took our dog with us. We had daily walks at 7pm down to Hayle Towans beach which was just a 5-10 min walk away from the chalet. Our electricity went down whilst we were there and somebody was there very quickly to help sort it out - it was only the electricity tripping out when a light bulb blew. Loved the balcony - able to open the patio doors with the dog staying safe. It was nice and quiet. Would definitely rebook.

This is 3rd time at Tom's Holidays. Weather absolutely perfect . Staff excellent and very helpful. Site beautifully clean & quiet. The view from D39 St Margarets breath taking. You can see St Ives..Hayle estuary Hayle towans beach etc.
All amenities so close. Bluff Pub/restaurant great . Also try the lovely Cove cafe, absolutely 100% dog friendly. Grocery store on road 3mins walk.
Perfect beach walks.
Hopefully see you next year. Thank you Tom's.

We stayed in D39 - St Margaret - and had a wonderful weekend. The views from the balcony were lovely, and it was so quiet that you could almost convince yourself you were on your own and not on a holiday park.
The property we stayed in was clean, comfortable, with good amenities and at a very good price. The walk to the beach took no more than a couple of minutes which made it so much more enjoyable, rather than having to get in a car or walk for any distance. The beach itself is one of my favorites (especially the dog friendly area) and i could quite happily lose myself for a few hours wandering around.
As my title says, we will certainly be going back.

We came with two children and a baby and had a brilliant holiday. We stayed in one of the highest chalets on the site - D39 St Margaret's. We had the most spectacular views of the Riviera and coast line looking across to St Ives. The chalet was clean and fresh, the kitchen was really well equipped which is a relief as eating out isn't always easy or our priority with small children. That said we found a lovely coffee shop 'Johnny's' on the high street in Hayle which is definitely worth a visit. The site itself is friendly and safe for children and being only 3 minutes from the beach is a treat. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend the area and the chalet D39.
