Full Description

The property is situated beside a large grass area with children’s swings and a sand pit to the right hand side of the property. This property would be ideal for a family with young children, as adults can keep an eye from the property without having to worry. The large grassed area is a perfect space to lay a blanket and relax in the sun, while the children make sand castles in the sand pit. The property has a modern kitchen and bathroom with a spacious kitchen and dining table and a large light lounge due to the picture frame window. The property caters for six people to sleep comfortably. There are two double bedrooms with full size double beds and children’s/ twin room with two full size twin bunk beds. An additional bonus to this property is that it’s only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful golden beach. You can park your car right outside the front of the property; there is space for 2-3 cars.

Bedroom One - Light and spacious double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. In the double bedroom there is a Double Duvet and four pillows. There are two bedside tables with a draw and lamps on each. There is also a small sink situated inside the bedroom to the right of the wardrobe. The sink has hot water, a shelf above and a small mirror. A small heater is also provided in this bedroom. Mutual coloured décor.

Bedroom Two - Very light and roomy double bedroom with a built in wardrobe. Two modern bedside tables with a lamp on each. This bedroom has plenty of room for a cot if there were to be an infant staying in the bungalow. This room is fairly modern and has a wall heater on the left hand side of the room.

Bedroom Three - Spacious and fairly modern room with full size twin bunk beds, ideal for children or adults. There is a fitted wardrobe and a small bedside cabinet. There is a chair situated in the corner of the room and a portable heater as well as a wall mounted heater.

Kitchen diner – The kitchen is very modern and up to date. There is a full size cooker with four hobs and 1 big oven. There is also washing machine and microwave. There are plenty of cupboards for storage. There is a fridge/ freezer which is a full size fridge and a small freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped with saucepans, frying pans, cutlery, utensils, mugs, glasses, bowls and plates. The kitchen will have everything you need to make a meal. There is also a dining table ideal for gathering round.

Lounge - The lounge is very light due to the large picture window with view over the green dunes and children’s play area. The lounge has a large three/four seater sofa and two singular sofas. The lounge is equipped with a small TV. There is also a small wall heater. The open planned kitchen/diner/lounge gives a very modern feel to the property. A small nest of tables which can be spread between the sofas is ideal to place your drink and relax.

Bathroom- The bathroom has a tiled floor and is very modern. There is a fitted shower cubicle with an electric shower and a large sink. There are functional hooks placed behind the door. There is also a towel rail, small frosted glass window and a small shelf which has enough space to hold toothbrushes and soap etc.

Internal steps – There are no internal steps in this property.

Hallway – there is a coat hook to the left and a fairly sized storage cupboard to the right

This property accepts dogs at £32 each per week. Please note that if the property accommodates, and you are bringing, more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

Situation- Located on Riviere Towans park which is 40 acres of unspoilt, natural, undulating sand dunes above the three mile, golden sand beach at Hayle, St. Ives Bay, Cornwall. The park is one of the oldest in the country with the first chalets being here in the late 1800’s. Now a beautiful site with a vast range of individual privately owned accommodation including beach chalets to bungalows and lodges, many with stunning sea views and all within a few minutes’ walk of this amazing beach. The park is a tranquil setting without modern additions such as a club house to spoil the relaxed beach house atmosphere. Riviere Towans is on St. Ives Bay at Hayle and within a short drive from well-known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and peaceful countryside West Cornwall has to offer. For those seeking more excitement there are great attractions and sporting opportunities close at hand. Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most recently, the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
Linen – We provide duvets and pillows but guests are requested to bring their own bed linen and personal linen such as towels. If you are traveling from aboard of by public transport please let us know as we do carry a limited stock of linen for these situation. This allows us to provide you with the best possible price for your holiday
If anything is missing from a property we carry a large stock of spare items at our office which is within a couple of miles of any of the properties. Just give us a call!

Been coming for years with our own kids now fetch our grandsons. For the last 3 years stayed in G21 Wellington perfect size with swing and sand pit right outside and plenty of space. We have stayed in numerous chalets and private but this ticks all boxes including washer and fridge freezer , plenty of wardrobe space and bedrooms a decent size. But could do with a bigger telly it's on the wall high up and very small. Only used it when children in bed. Added bonus it's dog friendly. Never really had a problem with wi fi for the iPad .

This property is very well looked after and in very good condition. Suitable for 4 Adults and 2 Children plus a dog if you'd like. This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this property and no doubt we will again. Thank you for making 2 holidays with 2 young children very comfortable indeed!

Been coming for years now staying in different Chalets this is the second year we have stopped in G21 Wellington the chalet is brilliant size and contains everything for our needs. Ideal for taking our dog .Parking outside the Chalet . We previously fetched our grandson who loved it .Plenty of room to run about. The Chalets are always clean and well maintained and any problems are dealt with immediately. The grounds are immaculate. Keep up the good work Toms :))

First time staying in this particular chalet was very pleased with everything. Location was excellent with play facilites outside for grandchildren. Stayed at this site many time since late 70 s always a positive experience. This time the weather made it even more memorable. Will definitely be back again next year.
