Location was great for exploring Lands End, Penzance, St Michaels Mount, Sennen Cove, Zennor, Mousehole and also North Cornwall. The property comfortably accommodated the whole family (8). Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to stay. Laundry Facilities were good although a bit pricey to wash clothes.

Overall it's worth the money and best suited for a family who prefer to spend some quality time as a family with loads of activities organised by the team for kids! Our kids really enjoyed this place!

Pleasant accommodation on a quiet (when we were there) holiday complex, nice to have access to the pool. Location is about a mile outside Hayle on country road, so not ideal without a car. The property is comfortable, kitchen stocked with most basics.

Quiet and peaceful environment. Lovely and clean accommodation, in great location. The chalet at Tudor court where we stayed had everything we needed. Short distance to beautiful beaches and local towns. Shops and supermarkets like ASDA, Home Bargain, etc. are nearby. Resort facilities like laundry, pool, kids play area, tennis court, free parking etc. are very useful. Staff is very helpful. Value for money. Highly recommended. Thank you Toms and team.

Place was really great - it was the perfect size for our group of 9. The location was great, and it was nice to have the 'club house' to go to for dinner, drinks, or entertainment. Beds were comfy and the towels were extra-large and nice. It was nice to have enough seating at the table and in the family area of all of us. The kitchen appeared to be smaller than it looked in pictures. Really only room for one person to be in there at a time - it's more a corner of the room than a kitchen. It does have all needed supplies - lots of dishes, pans, and utensils. The refrigerator and freezer work really well - small, but keeps items really cold, which was great. Would definitely recommend. Great for a large group - comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and conveniently located.

We spent 4 nights there and really loved the place. It's an old Tudor house but has everything you would need. Asda it's just 4 minutes drive from the park. We used the swimming pool once and the kids loved it. Had dinner at the restaurant once and had a pleasant experience. The food portions were generous and the staff was very polite. There isn't a washing machine in the house but the park has a laundrette on site which is very good.

It’s a really lovely resort, we stayed in the house for a weekend only as we were attending a wedding, so we didn’t have time to enjoy it, but it looks like a perfect summer family holiday area. The house itself was generally clean, nice and comfortable. We were quite surprised by the fact there’s only one toilet paper roll for 2 toilets and 7 people, and keep in mind there is not fairy in the kitchen. Also, the description says there’s not any pillows due to covid so we brought ours, but there are actually pillows in every bed. There were some problems and the communication with the person in charge was quick, they have quite a good response time. It’s a good place to stay overall, I would recommend it.

8 of us stayed at this house in February, and found it fine for that number in terms of bedroom space, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was difficult to use given that we are big home-caterers and it was difficult to get more than one person in the space at a time. The size of the fridge was also difficult given the number of people, and perhaps a smaller freezer and bigger fridge would have been better. The two bathrooms were great, the sofas were comfy and the heating works well, so we were warm on the cold days. The resident seagull who has learned to tap on the window to get attention kept the kids amused for hours! You had to park a bit away from the house, which meant a lot of walking to get all the stuff in and out, but many hands make light work! The location was brilliant for exploring Cornwall and we had a fantastic time enjoying the gorgeous coast line and a quiet February St Ives. We asked for extra oven dishes and a cafetiere and they both arrived promptly. All in all, the house itself, and the plumbing etc. are tired, the kitchen tiny, but it is a cosy and pleasant place to stay and the overall location is brilliant.

Great location and good value for money - on a holiday park which has a very laid back feel to it. We ate in the restaurant 2 nights running and the food was really good. We also went swimming and had a sauna. The property decor was a little dated but it was really clean and the 8 of us had a great time. The area is stunning - would recommend getting the park and ride train from St Erth to St Ives along the amazing Cornish coastline.
