The property is very clean. There is such silence, it's so nice to really rest. The location was great, close to everything, we visited all the planned places in Cornwall. I highly recommend this park and we will definitely go back. Thank you!

Tolroy Manor is a lovely little holiday camp - not as raucous as most, with activities including tennis, squash and crazy golf more than amusement arcades and fun fair rides. We loved the pace of it and the woodland setting was very peaceful. The apartment was compact but comfortable enough. There was an issue with the hot water while we were there which was very frustrating but Toms have sorted this out since and that’s all you can ask really. Would recommend Tolroy for a nice relaxing stay.

The accommodation was perfectly situated for exploring all round that particular are of Cornwall. It was spotlessly clean and there was great communication from the company. The management were obviously working hard to keep the site looking good. One of the pleasures of our stay was watching a nuthatch at the bird feeders! It was very fairly priced and we felt we got good value for money.
