Great location and facilities for our group of 9 ranging from 3 years to 70+ years. Tom's customer service can't be faulted, as soon as we contacted they sent over the few items we needed.

Very good location to visit Cornwall. The chalet had enough beds for 9, with 2 bathrooms. The accommodation is located in a holiday residence with the amenities that go with it.

A great base for a family holiday in Cornwall. Very close to the fabulous Hayle beach, St Ives, Mousehole, St Michaels Mount and the seals at Godrevy. The house is not going to make you go ‘wow’ when you walk through the door, but it is comfortable, well equipped and warm and the park feels safe and has several activities included to keep the kids entertained. We had one question while we were there and the host came back immediately with an answer which was great. Be realistic about what you’re getting. The whole week cost us about the same as 2 nights in a picture perfect Fisherman’s cottage in St Ives would cost, but our family can’t afford those prices so we’re very grateful to the host for accommodation like this. If you want the social media pictures, this house probably isn’t for you, but if you want warm, safe comfortable accommodation at a fair price in a good location ran by a responsive host, then I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more.

Generally happy customers all in all. The rental agent (“Toms”) was very good in all dealings. And really helped me when my 3yo left their favourite juice bottle behind at check out (hidden behind the couch) - the cleaners were really kind finding it and leaving it out for me to collect. The Lodge is not without faults, but it met our needs and general expectations. It’s snug but adequate. The cleaners must work hard to turn it around within time after a party of 9, like our group, stay there. Our children really benefited from the nearby on site facilities (eg, evening music and entertainment etc). The on site shop is really handy for most basic needs. Understand that this is not a 4 or 5 star establishment & you should be happy!

We just returned from a trip to England which included a three night stay at 34 Trevathick Court at Tolroy Manor in Hayle, Cornwall. We had a great time at this darling cottage which is in a fabulous location for all things Cornwall. We found the check-in and check out procedure to be very easy. The cottage was very clean and exactly as we expected based on its description. We had 5 adults and three young children, and there was room for all of us. We spent most of our time sightseeing around Cornwall, but we did enjoy the pool, the micro-mini golf, and the kids loved the playground. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and found it very adequate. The location in South western Cornwall just can't be beat and we were able to quickly get to the places we wanted to visit. Such a fun trip, and we were very happy with our choice of a place to stay!
