The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.

The property was quite close to all the tourist attractions in the west of England. We went to Land’s End, St. Ives, Newquay and Penzance in our one week stay. The property was good for a family or a group of friends, haven’t used any on site amenities as we were busy exploring the famous attractions in Cornwall!

The holiday park on which the 3 bedroom cottage was situated was easy to find and had an out of town location that suited us.The accommodation was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated giving a lovely holiday vibe. We stopped here for a week break in Hayle. It is a small little terrace house in a holiday park with the use of all the facilities included. It is a good base to travel to different places from if that is what you're looking for.

Just returned from a lovely week in Hayle at Tom’s place. The accommodation was a perfect size for our family (2 adults and 2 children) and had everything we needed for our stay. Parking outside the holiday homes was really handy. Very family friendly place with play area and pool. Excellent base to explore other areas of Cornwall. Short drive to the pretty St Ives and the lovely beaches. Visited Newquay during our trip which was less than an hour away. Would definitely stay again, thank you.

We had a lovely long weekend stay at 36 Strawberry Hill, Tolroy Manor in late October. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, hot water and heating were included, which in October was a welcome bonus. It is simply furnished and not huge but perfectly comfortable for a few days away. Unfortunately there is no wifi and data signal is patchy here. Although it is possible to get free wifi up at the club house. Bedding is provided, whilst clean and adequate the duvets are quite thin & have a plastic coating, very hygienic but not the cosiest so you might prefer to bring your own. Set in wooded grounds on a slight hill, there is a short walk between the car park area & the accommodation, which resembles a small mid terrace house with living/dining room, kitchen & bathroom on the ground floor & 3 small bedrooms upstairs. There is a picnic table outside & the property faces inwarward onto a lovely green/grassy area surrounded by other properties. Grounds are well kept and it was very quiet during our stay. Tolroy Manor itself is set further up the hill. It has a small swimming pool (use is included with accommodation but must be booked via John Fowler app or at Reception the evening before), a bar serving food, club room offering evening entertainment, a pool & snooker table & a few arcade games/slot machines. It is a bit old fashioned but fun for families and staff are friendly and helpful. There's also a small shop & laundrette on site and a nice outdoor play area for kids up to age 12. Although not central, Tolroy Manor is a great base for exploring Cornwall from. Hayle itself is very small but has a couple of supermarkets where you can stock up. There are are several beautiful beaches within a few miles, at least two of which are served by lifeguards (best to check before you go). St Erth train station is just over a mile away & from here you can get the train to St Ives which is about 10 minutes away (much nicer/cheaper & less stressful than trying to drive & park there yourself), as well as trains to further afield. Parking at the station is inexpensive as as are tickets to St Ives.

We had a fabulous stay here , its a great location to venture out and explore Cornwall . The place is in a quiet park that does have a club on site however we spent most of our stay out and about . Everything we needed was in the apartment and wanted for nothing. Good communication and would definitely return.

We had a great stay here. The house was verry clean and tidy. The kitchen was well equipped and the arrival and check out were really easy with the key being placed in the key safe. Would definitely come back!

Excellent value for money (even in high season)... Very clean, comfortable and reasonably quite (a few families on site)... TV has an aerial issue, (probably the seagulls on it), not helpful on rainy days if you've got children as they missed their TV..... Would definitely rate and consider for the future. Thank you.

The chalet was comfortable and well equipped with cutlery, crockery, etc. Bedrooms were small but adequate. WiFi did not work but was available at the Main Reception area so not really a problem. On site facilities - we used shop, playpark, swimming pool and restaurant and found them all good. The site is very convenient for Hayle. Very good value for money I thought.
