Situated in an elevated position with steps leading up to the property, the property has some sea views towards Carbis Bay and St Ives. Overlooking a large grass area and children play area this property has the advantage of bi-fold doors to the front that when fully open brings the outside in and allows you to keep an eye on the children from the comfort of the lounge.
To the rear of the property there is a partially secluded area with an A frame bench for sitting out and having a drink or meal. The property also benefits from an outside shower to wash off your wet suits or sandy toes before heading indoors.
Internally the décor is of a vintage style with a mix of whitewashed wood and reclaimed natural timber cladding most internal walls and furniture to complement this style. There are wooden floors throughout.
Sleeping six comfortably, the property has a double bedroom, twin room and bunks.
The double bedroom to the front has an en-suite shower and Bi- Fold doors to take full advantage of the warmth of the early morning sun.
The vintage style also extends to the bathroom with white brick ceramic tiles surrounding the bath and with a shower over that has both a regular size and large chrome shower head.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained and self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties include a microwave, TV, iron and heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
2020 Linen - All linen and towels will be included in the price. However, if you would rather bring your own linen as in previous years this is not a problem. Simply record your preference on the booking form and a discount will be applied..
