7 Strawberry Hill benefits from a sunny position and is a light and bright holiday home, located within the leafy grounds of Tolroy Manor, a great location from which to explore West Cornwall. This super property is situated in a quiet location, yet benefiting from all the conveniences of being on a holiday park, such as communal pool, play park, laundry, shop and restaurant. The property has dedicated WiFi and well-behaved dogs are welcome.

There are three bedrooms (a double room, one twin room and a room with bunk beds). 7 Strawberry Hill offers comfortable, well thought out accommodation for up to six guests. Perfect for families to enjoy the stunning local golden, sandy beaches and the sights of St Ives Bay that are on the doorstep. Mounts Bay and Penzance are also just a short drive away.

Ground Floor:
Living/Dining Area: With a large comfy sofa, wall mounted heaters, TV and dining table with seating for up to six guests. French doors open onto the patio.
Kitchen: Open plan and well-equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave.
Bathroom: With a bath which has a shower over, wash basin and WC.

First Floor:
Bedroom One: With a double bed, bedside tables, lamps, wall mounted heater, hanging space and shelving.
Bedroom Two: There are two single beds, a bedside table, a wall mounted heater, hanging space and a chest of drawers.
Bedroom Three: With bunk beds, a bedside table, lamp, a wall mounted heater and a fitted storage unit.

Outside: There is a sunny patio with a picnic bench, a bench seat and a hanging rail for your wetsuits after a day on the beach. Free parking can be found in the on site car park, which is located within 50 meters.

Good to Know: This property accepts dogs at £5 each per day. If you are bringing more than one dog a £100 refundable security deposit will be added to your booking.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we’re here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours’ contact number for us too.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of West Cornwall's attractions.

The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 mile away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey’s Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor yo u are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Useful information - All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

While it is unlikely during the summer season, the park at Tolroy Manor advises caution should be taken when there is a weather warning in place as the park is surrounded by trees and it is advisable to vacate the park during this period. In the unlikely event of an Amber weather warning or higher being issued for the period when you are due to stay, we are able to cancel your holiday with a full refund or move your reservation to a later date. If you choose to remain at the property this is your choice, and any risk you take is at your discretion.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
